Booking the First Appointment

If you decide that you would like to proceed with counselling, we will arrange our first session together. When you book your first session, I will send you a copy of my therapeutic agreement for you to look through before we meet. This will give you time to look over the agreement, agree to the conditions and ask any questions. First sessions usually entail a more detailed assessment. The assessment will enable us to think together about how we may work together and think about what you would like to achieve from counselling.
